一种新型叠焊设备工作原理及工艺研究

摘要
介绍一种新型激光叠焊系统。该系统用于将尺寸为2 400.0 mm×1 200.0 mm×1.2 mm的两块不锈钢板重叠焊接在一起。针对较大尺寸不锈钢板在激光加工中易变形等特点设计出主—辅式压紧机构及激光头随动加工系统; 另采用先点焊, 再焊边框, 最后焊内部小圆的工艺, 有效地控制了焊接过程中大尺寸板材的变形。采用不同的焊接工艺, 对焊缝质量进行检测焊缝和耐压测试。结果表明激光功率1 400 W、焊接速度2 500 mm/min、离焦量-2 mm时, 焊缝有较好的焊接效果。
Abstract
A new laser stitch welding system is introduced in this paper. The system is used for stitching welding two pieces of stainless steel plate with format 2 400.0 mm×1 200.0 mm×1.2 mm . For the problems of deformation when welding the large-size stainless steel plate, a primary-secondary type clamping mechanism and laser servo machining system is designed in this paper; the spot welding should be taken at first, then welding edges, and finally welding inner circles. The process controls the deformation of the large-size plate effectively. Using different welding processes to research the quality of weld joint. The results show that the welding seam has a better effect when the laser power is 1 400 W, the welding speed is 2 500 mm/min and the focus position is -2 mm.
