激光切割石油管道筛缝工艺研究
The Study of Cutting Seam on Oil Pipeline Technology by Laser Cutting
摘要
为了得到具有过滤杂质作用的石油管道, 利用上海团结普瑞玛激光设备有限公司提供的DOMINO三维数控激光切割机, 对石油管道进行大量割缝工艺试验, 研究了激光功率、切割速度、离焦量、辅助气体压力以及割嘴孔径等对割缝质量的影响。实验得出: 在速度为1 400 m/min、功率为1 800 W、氧气压力为0.8 bar、离焦量为2.5 mm、喷嘴孔径为1.5 mm时, 能得到0.30 mm宽的切割质量好的割缝。含有无数割缝的石油管道能对石油所含杂质(直径≥0.30 mm)进行有效的过滤, 对石油行业做出了贡献。
Abstract
In order to gain the oil pipelines which have the role of filtering impurities, DOMINO 3D CNC laser cutting machine which provided by Shanghai Unity Prima Laser Equipment CoLtdhe affect of laser power, cutting speed, focal, the auxiliary gasO2pressure and cutting nozzle aperture, etc. when the speed is 1 400 m/min, power is 1800W, oxygen pressure is 0.8 bar, focal is 2.5mm, and 1.5 mm,good quality cutting seam of 0.30 mm width. The petroleum oil pipeline which contains numerous cutting seams is effectively capable of impurities (diameter ≥ 0.30 mm) for filtration. The experimental study makes a contribution to the oil industry.
