摘要
介绍了激光焊接在铝钢异种合金焊接的优点, 分析了铝钢异种合金激光的焊接性及存在的主要问题, 就铝钢异种合金激光焊接的金属间化合物、焊接稳定性、接头缺陷等关键问题进行了系统地讨论, 以及国内外对上述问题的研究进展; 指出了铝钢激光焊仍存在的问题并进行了展望。
Abstract
Advantages of laser welding of aluminum and steel dissimilar alloys are introduced. Weldability of aluminum and steel dissimilar alloys using laser welding is elucidated, and its main problems are analyzed.On the basis of the key problems such as intermetallic compounds, welding stability and joint deficiencies of laser welding of aluminum and steel dissimilar alloys, discussions are conducted and research progresses are introduced as well. The existing problems and research tendency are analyzed.
