CIE和IESNA道路照明标准定量比较与分析

摘要
针对道路照明设计中存在的两大标准体系即CIE和IESNA道路照明设计标准这一现状,从道路照明标准中各评价指标的定义、计算方法和规定阈值出发,讨论了两种标准体系的区别,并具体结合由不同道路和灯具型号组合所形成的20种道路照明模式,采用以节能为目标的最优化算法,得出在不同道路照明标准指导下每种模式的路面亮度分布,并分析比较了这两种标准下路面亮度指标的定量差异,进而得到相应的灯具数及能耗的差异。根据该结果分析我国与欧洲和北美国家在地理位置与交通状况上的差异,提出根据不同交通及地域特点进行照明模式的选择、提高节能水平的建议。
Abstract
There are two standard systems for road lighting design, which are released by CIE and IESNA. The difference of the two standards is discussed based on the definition, computing method and threshold value in evaluation criteria of the standards. Road light distributions are calculated and the quantitative difference of photometric quantities is analyzed in the case of several urban roads with twenty types of lanes and luminaries arrangement, which is deduced by optimization algorithm aiming at saving energy. Furthermore, the difference of consumption for luminare and energy is also calculated. Combined with the difference of the geographical position and traffic condition in our country, Europe and America, the advice of choosing, reducing energy consumption based on the traffic and region is proposed.
