差分吸收光谱技术在地质录井中的应用

摘要
考虑传统气测录井采用的气相色谱技术分析周期长,辅助设备多,且维修繁琐,本文以差分吸收光谱(DOAS)理论为基础,对石油勘探录井中烷烃气体的实时在线检测开展了系列研究。建立了以PC104为主控制单元的硬件平台,以MFC为框架,并结合最小二乘法、多项式拟合、多线程编程等技术的软件平台,自主研发了SLA-1型红外光谱录井分析仪。利用该仪器实现了光谱信息的采集、显示、保存,烷烃气体浓度的反演,以及串口的实时传输。对该分析仪进行标气的检测其误差小于3%。现场比对实验显示:该仪器运行稳定可靠,能实时反演出烷烃气体的浓度信息,满足录井行业的需求。
Abstract
As traditional gas logging based on vapour phase chromatography has a longer analysis period, lots of aided equipment and difficult to be maintained, this paper studies the on-line detection of alkane during oil exploration in series. An infrared spectral logging equipment independently based on the theory of Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) was designed. In the equipment, the PC104 was used as the main control unit, and the MFC as the software framework. A variety of techniques, such as the least square method, polynomial fitting, multi-threaded programming technology were employed in the software. The equipment implemented the spectral acquisition, display, and saving. Moreover, the concentration inversion of the alkane gas and the real-time transmission by the serial port also were realized. Finally, the equipment was analyzed with a standard gas, and the error is less than 3%. The result shows that the equipment can analyze the real-time concentration of alkane gases and satisfy the factual needs of the logging industry for its stability and reliability.
