液晶含量和引发剂含量对聚氨酯丙烯酸酯基聚合物分散液晶微观形貌和电光性能的影响

摘要
以紫外光聚合的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)为基体, 通过紫外光聚合诱导相分离法制备了不同液晶含量、不同引发剂含量的聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)薄膜。使用改装的紫外分光光度计和超景深显微镜研究了不同液晶含量、不同引发剂含量对PDLC薄膜的电光性能和微观形貌的影响。研究表明, 随着液晶含量的增加, PUA基的PDLC的液晶微滴尺寸变大, 电光性能变好; 随着引发剂含量的增加, PUA基的PDLC液晶微滴变小, Ton增加。
Abstract
The reactive PUA was used as the matrices to prepare PDLC films with various liquid crystal contents and different concentrations of initiator by UV polymerization induced phase separation. The influence of concentrations of initiator and liquid crystal contents on the morphology and electro-optical property of PDLC films was studied through modified ultraviolet spectroscopy and digital microscope. It indicated that with the increase of the liquid crystal contents, the diameter of the liquid crystal droplets increased and the electro-optical property of PDLC films get better obviously and with the increase of the concentrations of initiator, the size of the liquid crystal droplets became smaller and Ton increased.
