基于Zemax的简单连续变倍显微物镜设计

摘要
针对目前工业检测用的连续变倍显微物镜分辨率低的问题,结合机械补偿结构的变焦原理,实现了基于Zemax的简单连续变倍显微物镜设计。该物镜由6片材料为F1、K9、ZF3组合的双胶合组构成,结构简洁成像质量接近衍射极限,可以0.7×~4.5×连续变倍,能与1/3英寸CCD匹配。利用MATLAB对变倍组和补偿组的运动轨迹进行拟合,验证了其可行性,结果表明整个连续变倍显微物镜满足工业视频检测的使用要求。
Abstract
A monocular zoom microscope objective is designed with the assistance of optical design software Zemax and the zoom principle of mechanical compensation to meet the requirement of the high resolution of zoom microscope in industry detection. The objective is suitable for the industry detection with 0.7-4.5 zoom ratios, and its cost is low. The zoom objective consists of 6 bonding lens which is made up of F1, K9 and ZF3, and its optical performance approximates to the diffraction limit, matching 1/3 inch imaging sensor. Finally, the correctness of the design are verified by fitting the motion trail of the zoom group and compensation group out by MATLAB. Its high resolution, low cost and succinct structure can meets the requirement of industry detection.
