改进灰关联在锂电池缺陷快速识别的应用
Analysis of Lithium Battery Film Defects Rapid Recognition Based on Improved Gray Correlation
摘要
提出基于改进灰关联算法实现锂电池薄膜缺陷在线快速识别系统。该识别系统中提取二值化图像中缺陷的几何形状和投影参数作为特征值,进行缺陷识别。将改进灰关联识别算法与传统灰关联算法、模版匹配相关性算法作比较,实验结果表明:该系统识别准确率达到91.2%。
Abstract
Lithium battery film on-line defect recognition system is realized rapidly based on industrial improved gray correlation algorithm.Area of defect is sorted and the largest defect, with its geometry and projection dada is extracted from image.Film defects of lithium battery recognition is realized based on improved gray correlation analysis(IGCA).Experiment results show that IGCA is effective and feasible, the accuracy can reach 91.2%.
