摘要
设计了一款分辨率为1280×1024的TFT-LCD数字像源。利用专门的单色TFT-LCD, 采用高亮度绿色LED作为背光, 设计了基于可编程逻辑器件FPGA控制驱动系统的数字像源, 实现了DVI视频输入显示、Gamma校正、宽范围调亮和液晶屏低温自动加热功能, 最高亮度为30000 cd/m2, 最低亮度小于0.2 cd/m2, 调亮级数超过60000级, 工作温度范围-45°C~+60°C。
Abstract
A digital image engine with resolution of 1280×1024 for HUD (Head Up Display) is proposed, which involves specialized monochrome TFT-LCD as display device, high brightness green LEDs as backlight, and FPGA-based circuit as controller. The DVI video can be displayed on the LCD real time (on line) via FPGA core controller, together with gamma correction and wide brightness dimming function. LCD can be heated up automatically in low temperature to ensure the performance. The maximum luminance of image engine is 30000cd/m2 and the minimum luminance is less than 0.2 cd/m2, together with operation temperature range of -45°C~+60°C.
