桑叶的红外光谱和紫外光谱研究

摘要
桑叶为药食两用的原料, 具有降血糖、降血压、降血脂、延缓衰老等多种保健功效。本文首先采用了傅立叶变换红外光谱法直接、快速、准确地测定了桑叶的红外光谱图, 根据桑叶的峰位, 我们可以推断出桑叶可能含有醇、酚、烷烃、烯、蛋白质和多糖等化学成分; 然后进行了紫外光谱分析及红外光谱和紫外光谱的对比分析, 其结论为桑叶的识别、鉴定和药理分析提供了一定的科学依据。
Abstract
Mulberry leaf, it can be used as mulberry plants of medicine and food raw material, has an effect of lowering blood sugar, lowering blood pressure, lowering blood lipids, delaying senilityand so on. This paper firstly uses the Fourier transforming infrared spectra method todirectly, quickly and accurately measure the infrared spectrum of mulberry leaves. According to the intensity and the location of these absorption peaksin IR spectra, we can conclude that mulberry leaves may contain chemical compositions such as alcohol, phenol, alkane,alkene, protein and polysaccharides. Then we do the analysis of UV spectra of mulberry leaf and the contrast and analysisofthe infrared spectra and UV spectra. The results will provide scientific evidences for the identification and pharmacological analysis about mulberry leaves.
