紫外臭氧垂直探测仪波长定标研究

摘要
介绍了一种新的紫外臭氧垂直探测仪波长定标方法。结合连续光谱和单色仪产生特征谱线克服了一些特殊波 段内离散线谱的缺失。紫外臭氧垂直探测仪的波长定标系统主要由高稳定氙灯光源、1.5 m车尔尼-特纳型单 色仪以及前置、后置光学系统构成。该新方法的基本原理主要是一个相互定标校准的过程。紫外臭氧垂直 探测仪自带汞灯在紫外波段给波长定标系统提供参考标准光谱,波长定标系统则反过来给紫外臭氧垂直探 测仪提供12个更高线性精度的臭氧吸收特征光谱。该波长定标结果完全满足臭氧反演所需要的波长 准确度及光谱带宽精度要求。
Abstract
A new wavelength calibration method for the solar backscattered ultraviolet spectroradiometer (SBUS) was described. The characteristic lines with continuous spectrum plus monochromator were selected to overcome the deletion of discrete lines in special wavelength bands. The calibration light source system for the SBUS is made up of the high stable xenon lamp, the pre- and post- optical systems together with the 1.5 meters Czerny-Turner monochromator. The basic principle of the new method is the procedure of inter-calibration. The calibration light source system reference wavelengths is given by the SBUS’s mercury lamp in the ultraviolet band, which in turn provides the 12 characteristic wavelengths of ozone with a better linearity for SBUS. The calibrated results satisfy the demands of the wavelength accuracy and the spectral band precision for ozone retrieval.
