TheFailure Analysis and Laser Repair of the Turbocharger Compressor Wheel of A Locomotive Internal Combustion Engine
摘要
对某机车内燃机涡轮增压器导向叶轮的故障进行了分析, 提出了采用激光熔覆法修复受损叶轮。通过对激光熔覆样品的拉伸与疲劳性能测试, 验证了激光熔覆法修复该机车内燃机增压器导向叶轮的可行性。
Abstract
The failure analysis of the turbocharger compressor wheel of a locomotive internal combustion engine was carried out and a laser cladding method has been presented to repair the wheel. According to the tensile and fatigue testing of the laser cladding samples, the laser repairing for the wheel was feasible.
