基于S3C2440的总线式远程工业操控平台的设计
Design of bus-oriented remote industrial manipulative platform based on S3C2440
摘要
为了实现对工业现场进行远程监控的需要, 设计了基于S3C2440处理器的通用远程工业现场参数监控的平台, 对该平台所采用的命令/数据传输算法和界面树链表交互算法进行研究。使用S3C2440处理器直接驱动TFT液晶屏和四线电阻触摸屏建立硬件平台, 自主设计需要的监控界面组成树链表, 并按照互关联算法关联命令和数据, 通过RS485接口与现场的设备进行通信。测试结果表明, 使用该平台设计的远程电流-温度监控平台, 利用RS485接口连接采集设备, 通过触屏传输命令, 完成数据显示更新, 与传统的监控方法相比具有开发简单, 使用简便, 通用性好, 成本低廉的优点, 特别是随着参数个数增加, 其成本可减少到传统方法的5%以下。该平台基本满足多种场合远程监控工业现场的需要。
Abstract
A general purpose parameters industrial remote monitoring system is designed based on S3C2440 processor for remote monitoring the industry site. The algorithms of command/data transmission and interface tree linked list interactive algorithm are investigated. The system uses S3C2440 to directly drive the TFT liquid crystal screen and four-wire resistance touch screen. And the self-designed monitoring software interface communicates commands and data with the in-site devices through RS485 port. The system is applied to the remote current-temperature monitoring system, and commands are sent through touch screen, data is updated in real time. Compared to traditional methods, our system is easy for further developments and use, general purpose and low cost. In addition, the complexity does not depends on the number of parameters. Therefore, with the increasing of the parameters′ number, the cost is less than 5% of traditional methods, which will make it possible to satisfy many applications of remote industry monitoring in site with low cost.
