摘要
设计了一种基于光斑旋转的新型光纤温度传感器,采用在一根光纤上绕制2个光纤环的方法,通过对一个光纤环直径的调节使其发生宏弯损耗,以获得合适出射光斑数;对另一个光纤环置于水温控制箱中,观察温度的变化与出射光斑发生旋转的关系。利用MATLAB对实验数据进行处理,获知光斑角度与控制箱温度存在很好的线性关系,同时实验分析了光纤环的直径、光纤环的紧绕圈数对传感器灵敏度的影响。
Abstract
A novel fiber optic temperature sensor based on spot rotation is developed. Bending one fiber into two fiber coils, the radius of the first fiber coil is changed to gain the suitable number of spots for the macros bending loss and the second fiber coil is placed in the temperature box. Meanwhile, we observe the relationship of the temperature and the spots rotation. We found that the spot angle and the temperature in the box present a linear relationship by the experimental result processed by MATLAB. At the same time, we analyze the impact of the initial diameter and cylinder number of the fiber coil 2 on the sensitivity.
