光伏控制逆变一体机的人机接口模块设计

摘要
为了将光伏控制逆变一体机的运行参数实时显示出来,本文介绍了基于STC12C5A60S2, JLX12864液晶屏组成的光伏控制逆变一体机的人机接口模块。给出了液晶显示模块的硬件电路,分析了液晶显示控制的软件编程,并在硬件电路中增加了人体红外感应模块,实现液晶屏的背光控制。介绍了液晶模块与光伏控制逆变一体机之间的通信原理及通信软件编程,实现光伏控制逆变一体机工作数据的实时显示,并将数据存放于STC12C5A60S2单片机的EEPROM中,实现断电后的数据保护。此模块已成功应用于光伏控制逆变一体机设备并进行相关实验测试。实验结果表明,人机接口模块可以比较稳定地实时显示光伏控制逆变一体机的运行参数,具有一定的实用价值和参考价值。
Abstract
Aiming at a real-time display of operation data in the PV control and inverter integrated vehicle, based on STC12C5A60S2 and JLX12864, a human-machine interface module has been introduced. Along with the introduction of the hardware circuit of this liquid-crystal display module, the software programming part is also analyzed. A human body infrared sensor module is added to control the backlight of LCD. Furthermore, the principle of communication between this module and the PV control and inverter integrated vehicle to realize the real-time display is also mentioned. In case of power outage, operation data is designed to store in EEPROM of the STC12C5A60S2. This module has been successfully applied in the PV control and inverter integrated vehicle. Stability and ability of real-time display has been indicated by experiments. This module indeed has some practical and refe-rence value.
