一种高效稳定的光伏LED照明系统设计
Design of Efficient and Stable Solar LED Lighting System
摘要
为提高光伏照明系统中太阳能电池的光能利用率, 对太阳能电池输出进行最大功率跟踪。设计以最大功率跟踪芯片SM72442为核心的太阳能充电控制电路, 采用光伏全桥驱动芯片SM72295驱动MOS管, 构成同步Buck电路, 实现太阳能输出最大功率跟踪; 利用LED驱动芯片XL6005设计LED驱动电路。测试数据表明, 太阳能光伏电池的充电效率平均达到87.92%, LED驱动电路效率最高为91.6%。系统工作稳定, 能满足特定场合下的照明需求。
Abstract
The maximum power output of solar cells needs to be tracked in order to improve solar lighting systems energy efficiency. To achieve maximum power output of solar tracking, as the core of the maximum power point tracking chip SM72442, the control circuit of solar charge is designed. A synchronous buck circuit is constituted by using photovoltaic full-bridge driver chip SM72295 to driver MOS. XL6005 is used to design drive circuit of LED. The test data indicate that the charging efficiency of solar cells achieve to average of 87.92%, the LED driver circuit efficiency up to 91.6%. The system is stable, can meet the demand of specific cases of lighting.
