相位控制残差对激光阵列合成的影响
Influence on Laser Array Combination from Residual Phase Error
摘要
在激光阵列相干合成中, 由于相位噪声的影响和相位控制系统带宽的限制, 相位控制残差无法避免。文中从理论上推导了存在相位残差时激光阵列相干合成中远场光强分布, 并结合光束传输因子BPF(beam propagation factor)作为合成效果的评价标准, 分析了相位残差对相干合成的影响。
Abstract
In laser array coherent combination, residual phase error is unavoidable for the influence of phase noise and the limit of phase control system bandwidth. The far-field intensity distribution with residual phase error in laser array coherent combination is deduced on theory. Taking beam propagation factor (BPF) as the assessment standard of combination effect, the influence on coherent combination from residual phase error is analyzed.
