摘要
为了提高激光表面硬化的加工效率,可采用线状点阵分布光束取代原始单点高斯分布光束作为加工光源。利用均匀采样的Dammann光栅设计了线状点阵分布整形光束,对比了三种评价函数参数修订下的设计输出,其中一种修订方法得到较均匀输出,其他两种修订方法得到低零级的输出结果。设计并制作了一种非均匀线状多点阵分布整形光束用于实际表面硬化,得到的加工效果与设计要求相一致。
Abstract
In order to improve processing effects of laser surface hardening, the linear spot array beam can be chosen as the source in stead of Gaussian beam. The even sampling Dammann grating is adopted to design the shaped laser beam with linear spot array. The evaluation function is revised by three methods, one method can get the even output and the others can get the lower zone-order output. The shaped element with uneven linear spot array is fabricated and used in real laser surface hardening experiment and the processing results can meet the design requirement.
