摘要
根据考虑拉曼效应的非线性薛定谔方程,在忽略光纤损耗情况下,利用基于Matlab的分步傅里叶数值算法,在考虑拉曼效应与不考虑拉曼效应下,仿真模拟了基态光孤子在光纤中传输时的演变。结果表明拉曼效应可破坏孤子的传输稳定性,导致孤子在光纤中传输时迅速衰减,其影响程度不仅与输入孤子的脉冲峰值功率大小有关,还与二阶色散系数和非线性系数的改变有关。
Abstract
By using the nonlinear Schrdinger equation considering the Raman effect but ignoring the fiber loss, the evolution of fundamental soliton pulses are simulated in optical fiber based on the Matlab slip-step Fourier method. The results shows that the soliton propagation stability is destroyed by the Raman effect, inducing the rapid attenuation of optical soliton. The influence depends on not only the peak power of input soliton but also the changes of the second order dispersion coefficient and nonlinear coefficient.
