选择性激光烧结聚苯乙烯拉伸强度研究
Research on Tensile Strength of Selective Laser Sintering Polystyrene
摘要
以聚苯乙烯粉末为原料, 采用选择性激光烧结技术成型矩形试件, 探讨了激光功率、扫描速度、单层厚度、扫描间距以及粉底温度对拉伸强度的影响。结果表明:工艺参数对拉伸强度具有较大影响, 其中, 激光功率对拉伸强度的影响最大, 粉底温度的影响最小。拉伸强度随着激光功率的增加呈现出增大的趋势, 拉伸强度随着扫描速度的增大而降低。
Abstract
Polystyrene (PS)powder was sintered to rectangle specimen by using selective laser sintering (SLS). The effects of laser power, scanning speed, layer thickness, hatch spacing and temperature of powder on tensile strength ratio were studied. The results showed that the effects of process parameters have large infiuence on the tensile strength. The laser power influences tensile strength most meanwhile the temperature of powder after least. The tensile strength shows growth trend with increasing of laser power while shows reduce trend with increasing of scanning speed.
