基于双面阵CCD的动态目标振动测试研究

摘要
针对动态目标的多自由度振动测试问题, 建立了基于双面阵CCD交汇测量技术的动态目标振动测试系统。通过两台相机拍摄目标靶振动图像, 对所得图像进行图像处理后提取目标点像素位置信息, 根据目标点像素始末位置变化解算出目标靶X、Y、Z三个维度的位移变化量。实验结果表明, 测量精度约为0.1mm。测量系统具有结构紧凑、测量精度高、适用性强等特点。
Abstract
Multi-degree of freedom for dynamic target vibration measurement problem is widely studied. Established vibration measurement system of dynamic target is based on double area array CCDs. Two cameras are used to capture vibration images of the target. By image processing, the target pixel position information is extracted. According to the target pixel position changes in the whole process, the displacement variation in three dimensions is calculated. Experimental results show that the measuring accuracy is about 0.1mm. Measurement system has the features of compact, high accuracy and applicability.
