Scattering Properties of a Single Nucleated Cell Scattered by a Gaussian Beam

基于广义米理论(GLMT), 利用偏心球粒子模型模拟了单核生物细胞, 研究了单核细胞对圆高斯激光光束的散射特性。数值计算了圆高斯光束沿任意方向入射时, 不同入射角度、不同束腰半径、不同内核与细胞粒径大小比值等因素对粒子散射强度角分布的影响, 并与平面波入射情况进行了比较。
Abstract
A single nucleated cell is modeled by a stratified eccentric model. Within the framework of generalized Lorenz-Mie theory (GLMT), an arbitrary shaped laser beam is applied to the modeling of light scattering by a single nucleated cell. In particular, scattering properties of a lymphocyte cell from a Gaussian beam with arbitrary orientation is considered. Numerical results concerning the influences of various shaped beam parameters, including beam waist radius, incident angle, location of beam center, and so on, on the scattering properties are presented and discussed. For comparison, the light scattering characteristics of cell by a plane wave are also investigated.
