FBG温度传感器响应时间滞后性的研究

摘要
从理论上分析了光纤光栅(FBG)温度传感器反射波长的中心位置漂移时间响应关系式,讨论了材料、热交换系数和外包材料等因素对FBG温度时间响应速度的影响。分别对裸光纤光栅在介质中的温度时间响应特性和外包材料中光纤光栅的温度时间响应特性进行了实验验证。通过实验证明,FBG传感器反射波长中心位置漂移滞后性与光纤材料、光纤表面积、表面换热系数h有很大的关系。h越大,反射波长中心位置漂移滞后时间越短,其变化规律符合理论分析结果。
Abstract
The time response relation of central position drift of FBG temperature sensor reflection wavelength is the-oretically analyzed,influence of material,heat exchange coefficient,cladding and other factors on FBG temperature andtime response speed is discussed.The temperature and time response characteristic of bare FBG in medium as well as thetemperature and time response characteristic of FBG in cladding are respectively verified through experiment.Throughexperimental verification,the hysteresis quality of FBG sensor reflection wavelength central position drifts is greatly relat-ed to fiber optic materials,optical surface area and surface thermal conductance h.The larger the surface coefficient is,the shorter the retardation time of reflection wavelength central position drifts will be.The change rule conforms to thetheoretical analysis results.
