紫外光通信信道参数对Turbo码的影响
Effects of UV communication channel parameters on Turbo code
摘要
在紫外光通信中采用了纠错性能优异的Turbo码, 用gamma-gamma湍流模型仿真信道中的大气湍流, 考虑紫外光通信常用的PPM(脉冲位置调制)方式以及湍流的影响, 在紫外信道中, 分析了在相同的条件下折射率结构常数和波长等因素的变化给Turbo码性能带来的影响。仿真结果表明:在相同的条件下, 折射率结构常数越小, 波长越长, Turbo码的性能越好, 该结论可为实际实现提供理论参考。
Abstract
This paper adopts Turbo code that has excellent error-correction performance in UV communications and simulates the atmospheric turbulences in the channels by using a gamma-gamma turbulence model. Considering the Pulse Position Modulation (PPM) mode commonly used in UV communications and the effects of turbulence, it analyzes the variations of such factors as the refractive rate structural constant and wavelength on Turbo code performances. Simulation results reveal that under the same conditions, the smaller the structural constant and the longer the wavelength, the better performance the Turbo code will achieve. This conclusion provides a theoretical reference for its practical implementation.
