背位核-卫星状银颗粒增强硅薄层光吸收研究

摘要
近年来,利用纳米颗粒增强薄膜太阳电池效率受到了广泛关注。本文研究了核-卫星状复合结构银颗粒背位增强1 μm厚的硅薄层光吸收。采用了有限差分时域(Finite-difference Time-domain, FDTD)方法对所设计模型进行仿真模拟。结果发现,这种处在硅背面位置的复合结构银颗粒在很宽的光谱范围内具有很强的散射能力,同时,相比没有背位银颗粒阵列的1 μm硅薄层,有颗粒阵列的硅薄层对光的吸收有着明显的增加。
Abstract
To improve the efficiency of thin-film solar cells by metal nanoparticles has attracted great attentions in recent years. In this paper, enhanced light absorption of the 1 μm-thick silicon layer by rear-located core-satellites silver particles was studied. The finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method was adopted to simulate the optical processes. The result showed that the rear-located silver particles provide a strong scattering capacity in the broadband spectra. Also, the light absorption of the silicon layer with the silver particle array increased obviously, compared with that without particles.
