振镜扫描式激光叠焊镀锌钢板工艺研究
The Study of Laser Lap Welding Galvanized Steel Using Galvanometer Scanning
摘要
针对短距离激光叠焊镀锌钢板易产生气孔、裂纹、凹坑等缺陷,采用上海团结普瑞玛激光设备有限公司提供的振镜扫描式激光焊接机,在叠焊开始阶段增加一段功率缓升曲线,在叠焊末端增加一段功率缓降曲线,通过设置起始功率、结束功率、作用距离等参数,对短距离镀锌钢板激光叠焊进行工艺试验。研究发现,起始阶段的功率爬升曲线有助于改善叠焊起始阶段焊缝余高过高及裂纹问题,末端的功率缓降曲线有助于改善叠焊凹坑过深及焊接裂纹问题。
Abstract
It is easy to produce porosity, crack, concavity and other defects for a short-range laser lap welding galvanized steel by galvanometer scanning. Using galvanometer scanning laser welding machine supported by Shanghai Unity Prima Laser Machinery Co. Ltd., ramp-up pulse shape is added at the beginning and cool-down pulse shape is added at the end of the laser lap welding. By setting the starting power, the ending power, the time and other parameters for short-range laser lap welding galvanized steel,the result shows that welding reinforcement and welding crack can be decreased by ramp-up pulse shape at the beginning, concavity and crack can be reduced by cool-down pulse shape at the end.
