摘要
设计了一种高功率1.06 μm激光泵浦单谐振中红外PPLN光参量振荡器并对其进行了研究,研究证明在MgO∶PPLN极化周期29.1 μm,工作温度40 ℃时,采用工作频率10 kHz、脉宽10 ns 、功率34 W 1.06 μm激光进行泵浦,光参量振荡器输出3.81 μm中红外波段激光,平均功率5.4 W,光光转换效率15.88%。研究结果可为设计和研究中红外激光光源提供参考。
Abstract
A high power mid-infrared PPLN single-resonant optical parametric oscillator (OPO) pumped by 1.06 μm laser is proposed in the paper. The poling period of the PPLN is 29.1 μm. If the OPO is pumped by a 1.06 μm laser with the frequency, pulse width and power are 10 kHz, 10 ns and 34 W, respectively. The working temperature is 40 ℃. The output of the OPO will be a mid-infrared laser with a wavelength of 3.81 μm. The average power and optical-to-optical conversion efficiency are up to 5.4 W and 15.88%, respectively. The results can be used in the design and investigation of mid-infrared laser.
