摘要
激光电弧复合焊接技术充分集成了激光焊接和电弧焊接两种工艺的优点,是一种新型优质的焊接技术,具有良好的工业应用前景。介绍了激光电弧复合焊接的特点和激光与电弧的相互作用机制;总结了常见激光电弧复合焊接技术的研究进展;最后对激光电弧复合焊接技术在汽车车身制造中的应用情况进行了概述。
Abstract
Laser arc hybrid welding, integrating the advantages of laser welding process and arc welding, is a new, highquality welding technology which can be widely used in industry. Firstly, the characteristics of laserarc hybrid welding, and laserarc interaction were introduced. Secondly, the research progress of the general laserarc hybrid welding technologies was reviewed. Finally, the applications of laserarc hybrid welding technologies in automotive body manufacture were described.
