红外目标模拟器的光学设计
Optical design of infrared target simulator
摘要
设计了一种用于红外光电系统性能测试的目标模拟器的光学系统。原理上采用一个无焦系统与后聚焦系统的组合系统, 利用Zemax光学设计软件进行优化设计, 最终设计结果为工作波段8~12 μm, 焦距230.599 mm, 视场12°, 入瞳距600 mm, 入瞳直径100 mm。整个光学系统有9个光学透镜, 最大口径229.77 mm, 光学系统达到衍射极限, 全视场MTF均优于0.39, 80%的能量集中在23 μm的弥散圆内。各项指标都满足设计要求, 能很好地应用于红外光电系统的性能测试。
Abstract
We design an optical system of infrared target simulator for infrared optical testing system. A non-focal and back-focal systems were adopted. We use Zemax software to design and optimize the system. The optical system works at 8-12 μm with a field of view of 12°, a focal length of 230.599 mm, an exit pupil distance of 600 mm and an exit pupil diameter of 100 mm. The optical system has 9 lenses. The lens with the largest diameter is 229.77 mm. The designed optical system almost achieves diffraction limit. MTF of full fields are more than 0.39.80% energy is focused within 23 μm diffraction circle. The design meets the requirement. The system is good for infrared optical testing system.
