光纤激光泵浦周期极化晶体双波段激光器

摘要
针对激光定向干扰系统要求对抗1 μm ~3 μm和3 μm ~5 μm 2种类型探测器, 需要输出相应2种波段激光, 通过高重频调Q技术和种子注入光放大技术, 获得高功率高光束质量1.06 μm光纤激光输出, 外置起偏器获得2束激光输出, 分别为泵浦周期极化钽酸锂和周期极化铌酸锂晶体, 实现高功率1 μm ~3 μm 和3 μm ~5 μm激光输出。在电源输入电流60 A, 调Q驱动频率50 kHz的条件下,获得最高功率7.5 W的2 μm激光和4.2 W的3.9 μm激光, 频率转换效率为39.5%。实验结果表明: 通过光纤激光器泵浦光参量振荡器, 可获得高功率1 μm ~3 μm和3 μm ~5 μm双波段激光输出。
Abstract
Aiming at the laser directed interference system,which counteracts two kinds of detectors of 1 μm~3 μm and 3 μm~5 μm, needing two corresponding wavebands outputs,we used the high repetition rate driving Q-switched technology and the seed injection magnifying technology to acquire high-power good-quality 1.06 μm fiber laser output, the exterior polarizer got two beams laser outputs, the periodically poled lithium tantalate (PPLT) and periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystals were pumped to get high-power 1 μm~3 μm and 3 μm~5 μm laser outputs. As the input current was 60A and the Q-switched frequency was 50 kHz, the 2 μm laser output was obtained with up to 7.5 W power as well as the 3.9 μm laser with a 4.2 W max power, the conversion efficiency was 39.5%. Experiment results indicate that using the fiber laser pumped optical parametric oscillator(OPO), the high power 1~3 μm and 3~5 μm dual-band laser output can be got.
