摘要
对TC4-DT钛合金电子束焊接接头的显微组织、裂纹扩展速率以及断口形貌进行分析研究, 结果表明: 焊接接头组织为α′针状马氏体网篮组织, 热影响区为针状网篮马氏体和片层状α相和β相组成, 形成熔凝区向母材组织的过渡, 疲劳裂纹扩展速率与焊缝组织有密切关系, 与片层状的锻件组织相比, 阻碍裂纹扩展能力有所下降。
Abstract
The microstructure,fatigue crack propagation and fatigue fractographs in the fusion zone(FZ)of the TC4-DT titanium alloy electron beam welded(EBW)joint were studied in this paper. The results indicate that the microstructure in FZ is characterized by bulky aciculate marten site, and heat affection zone(HAZ), the microstructure is composed of α′ marten site+lamellar α and β. It shows a transition from FZ to base material. The fatigue crack propagation rate is closely relative with the FZ microstructure. The lamellar base material has a better resistance to the fatigue crack propagation the fusion zone.
