22SiMn2TiB装甲钢激光切割试验研究

摘要
针对切割后的板料表侧面质量差, 拼焊时因两板间隙产生挂渣、过烧和熔滴等问题, 对5 mm厚的22SiMn2TiB装甲钢进行了激光切割实验研究, 讨论了激光功率、切割速度、离焦量、喷嘴孔径和辅助气体压力等5个工艺参数对切割后板料表侧面质量影响的规律。实验结果表明: 激光切割22SiMn2TiB装甲钢时, 调整上述5个工艺参数在合理范围内时, 未产生挂渣、过烧和熔滴等缺陷。最后通过工艺优化得到了激光切割22SiMn2TiB装甲钢最佳工艺参数为切割速度2 000 mm/min、激光功率2 200 W、离焦量1 mm、喷嘴孔径1.5 mm、辅助气体压力0.15 MPa。
Abstract
In order to solve the problems that the poor quality of the plate surface and side, resulting in the big gap between the plates, led to the slag, burning and droplet, the 5mm thick 22SiMn2TiB armor steel laser cutting experiments were carried out. Five process parameters like laser power, cutting speed, focus position, nozzle diameter and assistant gas pressure that affected the cutting surface quality were studied. The results show that: while laser cutting 22SiMn2TiB armor steel and those five parameters adjusted to reasonable ranges, the defects such as slag, burning and droplet did not appear. Finally, the best process parameters optimized of laser cutting 22SiMn2TiB armor steel are obtained: cutting speed 2000 mm/min, laser power 2200 W, focus position 1 mm, nozzle diameter 1.5 mm and assistant gas pressure 0.15 MPa.
