便携式红外目标模拟器的研制
Development of portable infrared target simulator
摘要
针对导弹整体性能测试中目标体红外辐射强度和运动特性的模拟需求,研制了基于卡塞格林式准直光学原理的便携式红外目标模拟器.该目标模拟器采用抛物面型主反射镜与双曲面型次反射镜相结合的卡塞格林准直光管作为光学系统,采用黑体作为辐射源,在可变小孔光阑和旋转台的配合下,实现了对红外目标运动特性和辐射强度的模拟.经检测表明,研制的目标模拟器焦距为414.8 mm,系统出射光平行度小于10″,黑体辐射温度范围大于80℃,可为测试红外导引头的角运动情况和红外辐射强度提供一条有效的技术途径.
Abstract
To meet the simulation requirement for the intensity of infrared radiation and motion characteristics of target in the missile test,portable infrared target simulator using Cassegrain collimation optical principle is developed.The simulator utilizes Cassegrain collimator consisting of a parabolic primary mirror and hyperbolic secondary mirror as optical system,and uses blackbody as infrared radiation source.In cooperation with the adjustable diaphragm and rotary table,it can simulate radiation intensity and motion characteristics of infrared target.The experiments show that the focal length of the target simulator is 414.8 mm,the system emergent light parallelism is less than 10″,the temperature range of the blackbody radiation is greater than 80℃,and it will be an effective way of testing angle motion of infrared seeker and infrared radiation energy strengths.
