摘要
对红外非线性光学晶体Na2 Ge2 Se5 的非线性性质进行了研究。计算了主平面内倍频调谐曲 线, 0.946 μm、1.064 μm、1.1319 μm泵浦情况下的倍频空间调谐曲线以及和频产生0.589 μm激光的 匹配曲线,并对计算结果进行了分析比较。所得结果可为Na2 Ge2 Se5 晶体用于特定波长激光器,设计新波段提供理论依据。
Abstract
Some laser experimental parameters in infrared nonlinear optical crystal Na2 Ge2 Se5 were calculated, including the illustration of second-harmonic generation (SHG) phase matching curve in the principal planes, SHG phase matching curve with pump of 0.946 μm, 1.064 μm, 1.1319 μm and sum-frequency generation (SFG) phase matching curve of producing 0.589 μm laser. The results were also analysed so that they can provide useful theoretical references for optical design of infrared tunable and new wavelength laser devices.
