摘要
为了追求更加真实的立体显示效果,实现真正的三维物理空间显示,合肥工业大学研发了第二代固态体积式真三维立体显示器,文章介绍了显示器的整机结构及系统设计,并对显示效果进行了测试.介绍了显示器的各组成部分及作用,主要包括LED光源、方棒积分器、中继系统、全反射棱镜、分色棱镜、三片数字微镜器件、投影镜头、折叠光路、显示体和控制电路等.然后进行了系统设计,包括液晶光阀制作、光源设计和电路模块设计.搭建了样机并测试了整机显示效果,亮度达到123 cd/m2,色彩饱和度达到7843%NTSC色域.显示图像颜色鲜艳,亮度较高,立体感较强.
Abstract
In order to pursue a more realistic visual experience and realize the true 3D physical space display,the second generation of solid-state volumetric true 3D display has been developed by Hefei University of Technology.The whole structure and system design was introduced,and the display performance was tested.First,the composition of the display and the role of various parts are introduced,including LED light source,integrator rod,relay system,total internal reflection prisms,Philips prisms,three digital micro-mirror devices,projection lens,folding mirrors,display cube and the control circuits.Then the display cube,light source and circuit system was designed.Finally,the prototype was built and the display performance was tested.The brightness reaches 123 cd/m2 and the color gamut is 7843% of the NTSC.The images with high brightness,vivid colors and strong stereoscopic impression are displayed.
