基于机器视觉的军用液晶显示器颜色Mura的研究
Research on the Color Mura of LCD in the Military Environment
摘要
选取一个在高温下存在颜色mura现象的样品,在45℃、50℃、55℃、60℃、65℃等温度条件下,使用CA-2000对mura现象进行色温测量,结合SEMI标准,制定一个mura定量评价标准。试验结果表明,颜色mura越严重,标准semu定值越高。该标准完全可以对颜色mura进行定量评价,避免不同视觉观察效果不一致的情况。
Abstract
A sample of color mura phenomenon at high temperatures of is selected. At temperatures of 45℃, 50℃, 55℃, 60℃, 65℃, the mura phenomenon of temperature is measured using CA-2000 according to SEMI standards and a mura quantitative evaluation criteria is reenacted. It is shown by the test that the more severe color mura is, the higher the standard value. The standard color mura can be quantitatively evaluated in order to avoid the effect of varying different visual observation.
