大球面半径、单球面超薄透镜的简易加工技术

摘要
单球面超薄透镜厚度小、球面半径较大, 使用传统的球面加工方式速度慢、加工难度大; 而使用平面加工方式, 拆胶后零件变形较大, 无法稳定满足球面半径以及中心偏的要求。为了降低成本、稳定量产这类产品, 采用了双面抛光和平面加工相结合的方式, 找到了一种简便快捷的加工方法; 同时结合使用平面干涉仪, 提供了一种中心偏检测方法, 有效地解决了产品加工难和检测难的问题。为这类产品的大规模生产和检测提供了支持。
Abstract
The single spherical ultra-thin lenses have the characteristics of thin thickness and long radius of spherical surface, which bring on processing spherical surface more slowly and difficultly using with the traditional processing method. Moreover, if being applied the plane processing method, the components have a big deformation after removing the glue, which do not steadily satisfy with the requirement of spherical radius and central decentration. In order to cost down and make mass production, a simple and convenient processing method is introduced about combining double-faced polishing of spherical with plane processing. The plane interferometer is used to test central decentration. The problems in processing and inspection are solved. The support of mass production and measurement is given for these types of products.
