SLM加工中材料状态变化对温度场影响的研究

摘要
针对SLM产品加工时的实际情况, 利用ABAQUS有限元平台, 建立了激光融化316L不锈钢粉末三维瞬态非线性温度场的模型。通过子程序编写实现了材料的热物性参数随温度和状态变化而变化——即材料由粉末转变为实体时热物性参数发生改变, 模型考虑了相变时潜热的影响, 实现了高斯热源的加载以及边界条件的设置等。在相同加工参数条件下建立了模型中全部为粉末、含无预热实体的粉末、含预热实体的粉末三种模型, 对应于实际加工中的不同情况, 结果表明它们温度场传热形态具有很大的差异, 形成SLM成型过程中不同的温度场。
Abstract
In view of the actual machining process of the SLM, the simulation model of three-dimensional nonlinear transient temperature field of 316L stainless steel powder was established using ABAQUS. Thermal physical parameters of materials can be changed with the changes of temperature and material’s state by using subroutines. Thermal physical parameters of materials are changed when material powder turns into entities. The influence of the latent heat of phase change are considered, the loading of moving heat source and setting of the boundary conditions are achieved. Three models of all power, powder containing no preheating entity and powder containing preheat entity are established under the same processing parameters. The results show that heat transfer forms of the three models are very different from each other. Different temperature fields in the process of SLM are achieved.
