介绍了HgCdTe红外探测器的发展历程,详细分析了长波HgCdTe红外探测器的暗电流机制、采用同时拟合方法对暗电流参数进行提取与分析,介绍了为降低暗电流的一些新的研究进展.
Abstract
The dark current mechanism of HgCdTe long-wavelength infrared(LWIR)detectors is analyzed in detail.Simultaneous-mode nonlinear fitting method is proposed to extract and analyze the parameters from the experimental dark current curves.This paper presents a comprehensive review of research background and fundamental issues of HgCdTe LWIR detectors,as well as some recent progresses in the suppression of the dark current.
