基于非成像光学的均匀光强反射器设计

摘要
目前, LED的应用越来越广泛, 但在信号指示灯或室内照明等领域要求其光强均匀分布。提出了一种实现均匀光强反射器的设计方法, 该方法根据能量守恒建立了LED光源与目标面的能量对应关系, 采用差分的方法求解反射器面形, 并利用光学仿真软件分析研究了反射器的出光角度与其结构参数、光强均匀度的关系。最后设计了一款半角为30°的均匀光强反射器, 其光强平台均匀度为0.96, 光强平台宽度比为0.86, 能量利用率高达99.9%, 接受面上光斑的照度均匀性也较好。该反射器同时实现了均匀光强和均匀照度。
Abstract
LEDs are applicated more and more widely, but in some fields such as signal lamp or indoor lighting, uniform luminous intensity distribution is required. Thus a new design method of reflector which can realize uniform luminous intensity was proposed in this paper. The energy relationship between LED light source and target surface was established based on energy conservation, and the shape of uniform luminous intensity reflector was resolved by difference method. The relationship between the reflector’s structure parameters and light intensity uniformity with the reflector beam angle was analyzed by optical simulation. Using this method, a half-angle 30° reflector with uniform luminous intensity was designed. Its uniformity of luminous intensity platform is 0.96 and the ratio of luminous intensity platform width is 0.86. The efficiency of energy utilization is as high as 99.9%, and the illumination uniformity of the spot on the receiving surface is also good.
