Transmission System of Scientific CCD Camera Based on USB3.0 Data Bus
摘要
为了解决科学级CCD相机大容量、高速率的数据传输问题, 研制了一种基于USB3.0通用串行数据总线的CCD图像采集传输系统。采用Cypress公司CYUSB3014芯片将它配置成同步从模式传输, 用CPLD发出CYUSB3014传输时序、柯达KAF1001 CCD芯片的像素转移及AD转换时序。编写USB3.0软件界面, 采集CCD图像数据, 并验证了图像数据传输的正确性和可靠性。
Abstract
In order to realize the transmission of high speed and large capacity data in scientific CCD camera, proposed is a data collection system based on USB3.0 data bus. CYUSB3014 chip from Cypress company was applied to set the syetem in slave mode. CPLD is used to send CYUSB3014 transmission time sequence, AD conversion time sequence as well as transfer pixels of CCD chip-KAF1001. The collecting software can storage the image data of KAF1001, and also the validity and reliability of the image data transmission are verified by writing USB3.0 softwares.
