摘要
中药可治疗不同病症,充分体现中医辩证论治.为实现安全、可靠且有效的中药质量标准及评价体系,中药分析尤为重要.作为一准确、灵敏和高效的分析工具,光谱分析技术可在中药检测分析中发挥重要作用.本文介绍中药的光谱分析概况,主要阐述红外光谱、拉曼光谱法对中药的分析研究;并进一步提出了开展方剂光谱学研究,立足中医药理,以光谱分析技术为工具,分析方剂成分,揭示单味中药汤剂与其方剂配伍之间的关系,以及方剂配伍规律与药效间的相关性.论文介绍了作者所在的项目组近期在中药光谱分析的相关工作,并对中药光谱分析的发展作了展望.
Abstract
Traditional chinese medicine(TCM)can treat different illness and fully reflect the dialectical treatment.In order to realize safe,reliable and effective quality standards and evaluation of TCM system,the analysis for TCM is particularly important.As a high-sensitive,accurate,and rapid detecting method,the spectral analysis technique has been widely used in detection of TCM,and relevant results were obtained.This paper described the present situation of spectral analysis for TCM,mainly including infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The concept of prescription spectroscopy was put forward.Taking the spectral analysis technology as the tool and based on the TCM,prescription spectroscopy will reveal the relationship between single herb decoction and its prescription and the correlation between combination law of prescription and its curative effect,with the aim to build intact prescription spectroscopy frame.The last part of the paper is the further prospect to the development of spectral analysis for TCM.
