Design and Fabrication of Single Power Linear Optocoupler
摘要
研制了一种单电源线性光电耦合器,器件采用隔离式DC/DC电源供电.叙述了该器件的工作原理和部分电路设计,分析了研制过程中遇到的一些问题及解决办法.给出了主要参数的测试结果,结果表明该器件具有很好的隔离特性和线性度.
Abstract
A single power linear optocoupler applying isolated DC/DC electric source as the power supply was designed.The operation principles and the circuit design were described.The problems in fabrication and corresponding methods were analyzed.Tests were performed on major parameters,and the results indicate that the device possesses good isolation properties and linearity.
