高速钢表面激光熔覆Al2O3条纹的摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要
应用激光熔覆技术在W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢试样表面加工出Al2O3熔覆条纹,观察了试样的金相组织,测试了显微硬度,通过磨损试验对比高速钢试样与激光熔覆Al2O3条纹试样的摩擦因数和磨损量,并观察了磨损形貌.结果表明,与高速钢试样相比,Al2O3熔覆条纹试样的磨损量和摩擦因数降低.高速钢试样磨损表面以磨粒磨损和黏着磨损为主;Al2O3熔覆条纹试样以磨粒磨损为主;Al2O3熔覆条纹间隔区域以磨粒磨损为主,伴有少量的黏着磨损.Al2O3熔覆条纹材料的晶粒细化、Al2O3颗粒的弥散强化以及Al2O3熔覆条纹试样与对摩球的相互作用,有助于改善高速钢Al2O3熔覆条纹试样的耐磨性能.
Abstract
Al2O3 stripes with regular arrangement on W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel specimen surface were fabricated with laser cladding technology.Microstructures of high speed steel specimen and Al2O3 cladding stripes specimen were observed.Microhardness of two kinds of specimens were measured.The wear loss and friction coefficients of two kinds of specimens worn with ball were tested.Worn surface morphologies were observed.The results show that compared with high speed specimen,wear loss and friction coefficient of Al2O3 cladding stripes specimen are decreased.The wear mechanism of high speed steel is abrasive wear and adhesive wear.The wear mechanism of Al2O3 cladding stripes is abrasive wear.The wear mechanism of Al2O3 cladding stripe space area is abrasive wear and a little adhesive wear.Grain refinement of Al2O3 cladding stripes,dispersion strengthening of Al2O3 and interaction between Al2O3 cladding stripes specimen and friction ball,are contributed to wear resistance improvement of high speed steel with Al2O3 laser cladding stripes.
