激光冲击高应变率下2024铝合金表面动态应力-应变实验研究

摘要
为了研究激光冲击高应变率下2024铝合金表面的动态应力-应变特性,采用PVDF压电传感器和STSS-1应力检测模块对脉冲激光作用下2024铝合金表面的动态应变进行了测量,并对各自检测结果进行了对比分析.结果表明,2024铝合金在激光冲击高应变率作用下动态屈服强度与静力拉伸条件下静态屈服强度接近;在动态应变测量中PVDF压电传感器的响应与灵敏度均优于STSS-1应力检测模块,不仅可以有效应用于脉冲激光诱导材料表面动态应变的实时测量,还可以用于对STSS-1应力检测模块的检测结果进行修正,同时实验使用的2024铝合金的动态屈服强度在220 MPa左右.
Abstract
In order to study the properties of 2024 aluminum alloy surface’s dynamic stress-strain under high strain rate by pulsed lasers shock,PVDF piezoelectric sensor and STSS-1 stress testing module were used to measure the dynamic strain of 2024 aluminum alloy surface induced by pulsed lasers.Comparative analysis of the characteristics of dynamic strain curve, at the same time.The results showed that,The the yield strength of 2024 aluminum alloy under high strain rate of pulsed laser shock wave was similar to the yield strength of 2024 aluminum alloy under static tensile condition.The PVDF piezoelectric sensor’s characteristics of response and sensitivity in dynamic strain measurement are better than that of STSS-1 stress testing module.PVDF can be applied effectively to real-time measurement surface dynamic strain that induced by pulsed lasers,It also can be modified results detection of STSS-1 stress testing module.At the same time,the yield strength of 2024 aluminum alloy is about 220 MPa in tests.
