径向偏振光的研究及检测方法

摘要
径向偏振光具有轴对称的偏振光结构, 在经过高数值孔径的透镜汇聚以后有很强的纵向梯度电场且具有超越衍射极限的能力, 光波的电磁场强度越大, 处于这种光波之中的物质能量越高。采用偏振光轴向检测片产生径向偏振光, 并通过偏振光检测装置对径向偏振光进行质量检测。结果发现, 利用该种方法产生的偏振光具有轴对称性高、各个点沿径向偏振光强均匀分布。
Abstract
Radial polarized light has a polarization structure of axial symmetry, after passing by the high numerical aperture of converging lens, it is provided with a strong longitudinal electric field gradient and the ability to go beyond the diffraction limit, and the greater the electromagnetic field strength of light waves is, the higher the material power among the light waves is. A method with the use of POLARIZATION AXIS FINDER to generate radial polarized light was put forward. The quality of radial polarized light was tested by the detection device of polarized light. And the results show that by this way, the polarized light has the characteristics of high axial symmetry and well-proportioned distribution for each point along the direction of radial polarized light.
