摘要
以行间转移面阵CCD KAI-01050作为传感器件,设计了一种基于反射镜拼接结构的动态目标成像系统.完成了CCD时序控制及驱动电路设计,利用相关双采样消除视频信号中的相关噪声;通过分析反射镜拼接中心视场图像降质的产生原理,建立了图像复原数学模型,对反射镜拼接中心视场图像进行恢复.整个系统以FPGA为核心控制器件,采用乒乓缓冲结构,高速并行处理图像数据,系统延迟满足动态目标成像要求,复原后中心视场图像信噪比提高了14.8 dB.
Abstract
With the interline transfer area-array CCD KAI-01050 as the image sensor,a dynamic target imaging system based on a reflector splicing structure was designed.The CCD timing control and driving circuits were designed,and the related noise in video signal was eliminated by correlated double sampling(CDS).By analyzing the reason for image degradation in the central FOV of reflector splicing,a mathematics model for image restoration was established,to restore the image in the central FOV of reflector splicing.With FPGA as the core control device,the whole system adopted a ping-pong buffer structure for high-speed parallel processing of the image data.The system delay satisfies the requirement of dynamic target imaging.After restoration,the SNR for image in the central FOV is improved by 14.8 dB.
