钛球表面研磨技术研究

摘要
采用四轴球体研磨方法对金属钛球进行精密研磨实验,通过Talysurf轮廓仪对球体表面粗糙度进行测试,通过靶丸表面轮廓仪检测钛球圆度.结果表明:钛球表面粗糙度可达小于10 nm,圆度小于1.0 μm.通过对球体的受力分析表明,在四轴空间对称分布的情况下,需满足四轴受力基本相同,研具半径为被研球体的0.816倍,可获得圆度较好的球体.
Abstract
The whole sphere lapping is important to fabrication of a metal capsule(hollow microsphere) which is a vital part of the ignition target.In this paper,the metal titanium sphere was machined by using the four-axis sphere lapping technique.The surface roughness was characterized by means of talysurf series 2 and the roundness by means of surface profile-meter.The results indicated that the surface roughness of the part was less than 10 nm and the roundness was less than 1.0 μm.
