妇科门诊人乳头瘤病毒感染基因型分析

摘要
目的: 研究通辽地区女性患者下生殖道人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染率和基因型分布。方法: 采用凯普导流杂交法, 对364例妇科就诊患者宫颈标本进行HPV基因分型检测。 结果: HPV基因检测总阳性率为17.03%(62/364), 阳性患者中单一感染率为70.97%(44/62), 多重感染率为29.03%(18/62); 共检出16种HPV亚型, 包括高危型12型, 低危型4型, 感染以HPV31、HPV18、HPV16三种亚型最多见, 所占比例分别为13.09%、11.90%、10.71%。结论: 通辽地区妇科门诊女性患者HPV感染以HPV31、HPV18、HPV16三型较为多见, 常见感染亚型总体符合亚洲人群分布规律, 但又具有独特的地区分布特点。
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the human papillomavirus (HPV) infection rate and genotype distribution of female patients reproductive tract in Gynecology, Tongliao area. Methods: 364 cases of gynecological patients’ cervical specimens were checked for HPV DNA types by HybiMax . Results: The total infection rate of HPV was 17.03%(62/364), mainly with a single infection 70.97%(44/62), and the multiplicity was 29.03%(18/62). 16 HPV DNA types have been checked out, Containing 12 high risk and 4 low risk types. The top three infection rates were HPV31(13.09%), HPV18(11. 90%), HPV16(10.71%). Conclusion: HPV 31, 18, 16 infection rate is higher in the region, and the common DNA types generally conforms to the Asian population distribution, but also has a unique regional distribution characteristics.
