CO2激光辐照拟微绿球藻的当代生物学效应研究

摘要
采用CO2激光(波长10.6 μm, 功率10 w, 光束长74 cm)辐照拟微绿球藻(Nannochloropsis sp. YW0980), 辐照时间为30 s、60 s、90 s, 通过测定藻色素、多糖、蛋白质及油脂含量, 研究CO2激光对藻的生物学效应。结果表明: 30 s、60 s、90 s辐照条件下, 对拟微绿球藻细胞生长及代谢产物均有一定的促进作用, 其中CO2激光60 s处理组有利于拟微绿球藻的生长及色素的积累, 但30 s剂量下更有利于多糖、蛋白质及油脂含量的积累, 分别比对照组提高了51.05%(胞外多糖), 289.45%(总多糖)、37.05%、172.16%。
Abstract
Nannochloropsis sp. YW0980 was irradiated with does of 30 s、60 s、90 s of CO2-laser(wave length 10.6 μm, power 10 w, light beam length 74 cm). The following parameters were used in assays: pigment, polysaccharide, protein and lipid content. The results indicated: the growth and metabolites accumulation of the algae were promoted by all three doses of CO2-laser.The growth and pigment accumulation of the algae were improved most obviously under the dose of 60 s, but the accumulation of polysaccharide, protein and lipid content were improved most obviously under the dose of 30 s. Compared with the control group,the algae’s polysaccharide, protein and lipid content increased by 51.05%(exocellular polysaccharide), 289.45%(total polysaccharide), 37.05%, 172.16%, respectively.
